Water Balloon Yoyo

Put water in the water balklloon, but don't fill it up all the way. Blow up the balloon a little bit. Tie it off so the air and water won't get out :-)

Now take your rubberband and cut it in one spot so its one long string. Tie one end of the rubberband to the balloon and tie the other side into a loop for your finger. Slip it on and play :-)
